Staff

Employees of the Housing Authority of Sherman are committed to improving the quality of life to families and individuals in need through the public housing program by providing quality housing and comprehensive support programs.  

Primary responsibilities of the management staff include processing housing applications, enforcing the lease requirements, and administering the financial management responsibilities. The Housing Management team strives to ensure that effective and efficient services are provided for the applicants and residents of the public housing program.

The maintenance staff is responsible for the overall upkeep of the properties through routine calls, preventive maintenance, and periodic inspections of the apartments. The maintenance team is committed to providing quality work in a timely manner with kind and courteous service.
